Cargo inspection

Andishehpardazan Sanat Persia Co. is a Third Party Inspection body (TPI) authorized by Iranian National Standards Organization (INSO) to verify the compliance of importing and exporting goods with the relevant standards and regulations. We are also approved by Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran, as well as being accredited for ISO 17020 by National Accreditation Center of Iran (NACI) to provide inspection services to our clients inside the country and worldwide by establishing a number of branches throughout Iran and abroad. Moreover, we are delighted to have a group of professional engineers, managers and highly experienced inspectors who enable us provide a wide range of inspection services for importing goods such as food, agricultural products, minerals, all consumable commodities and industrial as well as all equipment related to Oil, gas and petrochemical industries at the highest level of quality and in the shortest possible time. Our goods inspection unit activities are as follows:

  • Issuance of COI, VOC, IC Certificates to be presented to the bank and standard organization
  • Inspection of importing and exporting goods at the origin and destination to be ensured about the quantity and quality of the products
  • Assessment and confirmation of the importing goods price
  • Audit and evaluation of the capability and production capacity of manufactories both inside and outside the country
  • Technical inspection during construction and installation of industrial equipment in the country and abroad in accordance with reference standards, Q.C.P & I.T.P, and issuing relevant inspection certificates.
• Pre Shipment Inspection (PSI):

This inspection is to verify the conformity of the goods with the purchase order, contractual and standard requirements including one or more of the following:

  • Inspection of quantity and quality of goods
  • Inspection of packing and marking of cargo
  • Inspection of containers and other means of transport
  • Supervising of either loading or unloading of goods
  • Sampling
  • Laboratory analysis or other relevant tests
• Inspection of goods at Origin:

According to the directive of the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran, all goods subject to LC term or any bank transfer should be inspected, evaluated and COI & IC certificates to be issued accordingly in accordance with the requirements of the relevant bank. In addition, according to the rules of the Iranian National Standards Organization, all goods are classified into two categories of mandatory and non-mandatory standards. Goods which are subject to mandatory standards must be assessed qualitatively by inspection companies to be ensured about their compliance with the requirements of either international reference standards or national standards (ISIRI) and a VOC certificate to be issued accordingly.

Based on this, ASP Company, through its extensive branches and offices abroad, has been able to carry out inspection of goods worldwide using experienced inspectors in various fields of specialized goods. Therefore, this could ensure the owners of various goods about the quantity, quality and conformity of the goods with technical specifications and requirement of relevant standards. It also expedites the clearance process in the customs of the country due to obtaining inspection certificates at the origin.

• Inspection of goods at destination:

Many suppliers and manufacturers are obliged to carry out the goods without performing inspection at the origin in order to expedite the importing process, clearance in the customs and avoid of any delay in production line to be ensured delivery of goods to the customers or industrial units will be carried out timely. Therefore, they prefer to proceed with inspection at destination in the customs before declaration of goods.
ASP through a wide range of branches and offices in all provinces of Iran and customs carries out inspection of goods at destination and issue the relevant certificates including IC and COI.
