Description of A.S.P Energy Inspection Services:
1- Coordination with the industrial unit subject to the mandatory standard of energy consumption and sending inspection agreement in case of approval.
2- The initial visit of industrial unit with the aim of:
– Receipt of last year related electricity and gas bills in order to collect information on total consumption.
– Recording information about the manufacturing processes in the factory to comply with the relevant standard requirements.
– Number of production lines
– Type of Fuel consumption
– Annual production amount by month in order to determine and compare the production.
– Main and Subsidiary Energy consuming resources in the Factory
– visiting active production lines
– Investigating and determining the installation points of calibrated meters
– Determination of specific parameters for an industrial unit which could affect on energy consumption.
– Sampling of raw materials in the cement industry in order to be sent out to the laboratory for Determination of the wear coefficient (if there is a rolling mill in the factory).
3-secondary visit (if required)
4. Receiving documents and doing the inquiries required from the relevant authorities
5- Data compilation and analysis
6. Receipt of confirmation and commitment from the industrial unit on the veracity of the documents submitted to the inspection company
7- Preparation of inspection report to be presented to:
